Experience

Steven A. Porcaro, SRA has over thirty-five years of appraisal experience and is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute. Since 1985 he has been active in the valuation of commercial and residential property in multiple states and is dedicated to applying the expertise, standards and ethics of real estate appraisal to all assignments.

Designation & Certifications

Mr. Porcaro was awarded the SRA Designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1985. He is a Certified General Appraiser in multiple states. This is the highest state certification an appraiser can hold. Mr. Porcaro is also an approved FHA Appaiser by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Education

Mr. Porcaro has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Massachusetts, and has completed an extensive amount of courses through the Appraisal Institute, The Society of Real Estate Appraisers, the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers and the University of Massachusetts.

Expert Witness

Mr. Porcaro has been qualified as an expert witness in various county courts throughout the United States, appellate tax boards, and United States Bankruptcy Court.
